June 5 - Just Hanging in New Orleans

Today was a typical Summer day here in the Crescent city. That means thunderstorm weather.  I did some walking up Canal Street and discovered Bourbon Street is closed for modernization construction. See photo below.

Also walked to Riverwalk location of Cafe Du Monde for beignets. May try to go to WW II Mueum tomorrow weather permitting. This would be my second visit to the museum.
